Earlier, education through English medium was beyond the reach of common man. Realizing the need of the hour, Chinchwad Malayalee Samajam(CMS) took the giant leap in starting a school in a small room in Kalbhornagar.
Now it has grown in leaps and bounds and emerged as a full-fledged three storeyed building well equipped with all facilities consisting of more than 2200 children and 75 staff. Ten batches of SSC Students passed out with 100% result.
The school is also certified for ISO 9001:2015 by a Geneva based certification body. This prestigious institution is one of the most important milestones in the history of CMS. Other than felicitating the children having outstanding academic excellence, CMS is always in the forefront towards the upliftment of economically backward children by giving them free education. As an acknowledgement for all these social activities CMS is bestowed with the "Akshaya Puraskar" in the National level.
